As a leader in the mortgage loan industry, 123Loan was experiencing difficulty getting additional initiator groups to focus on taking incoming calls during times of heavy incoming call volume. Their existing system of using overhead announcements was not working efficiently, with team members not hearing the announcement due to being on the phone or away from their desk. Many team members would only take calls if they happened to be available at the precise time the announcement was made.

123Loan originally turned to CompleteIM to give their receptionist the ability to send broadcast announcements to the groups which needed to take incoming calls. Then, once the volume dropped back to normal levels, a follow up "stop taking calls" announcement would be sent to the groups.

CompleteIM did much better! Instead of relying on an overwhelmed receptionist to send the appropriate broadcast messages, CompleteIM was integrated, using our API interface, with 123Loan's phone switch to capture call volume threshold alerts! When average wait times reach a certain level an automated message is sent directly to the assigned groups monitors that X number of calls ware waiting with X average wait time. Since these messages are sent via CompleteIM's scrolling text bar they do not interrupt the recipients current work, yet are very visible and are updated in real time.

Since implementing the CompleteIM system 123Loan has significantly lowered average incoming lead wait times during times of heavy volume as well as eliminated the constant overhead chatter previously used to communicate broadcast alerts to groups in general.
