Installation & Set Up
***DO NOT INSTALL THROUGH REMOTE DESKTOP
OR OTHER REMOTE ACCESS APPLICATIONS***
This will install the Complete IM Server, Database, System Administrator Utility and Client.
Click here for Set Up Instructions after installation is complete.
1. When the following window appears:
Click "Save"
2. Choose a directory where the file will be easily located.
Click "Save"
3. Navigate to the directory where CompleteIMSetup.exe was saved:
Double click on "CompleteIMSetup.exe".
This will launch the CompleteIM Server and Database Installation.
Click "Run"
4. Read and accept the CompleteIM License Agreement:
5. Choose the Destination Folder:
Click "Next"
6. Select the Program Folder:
Click "Next"
7. Tab to 'Machine Data Source' and select 'Complete IM':
Click "OK"
8. The SQL Server Login information will default to:
Click "OK"
This completes the installation process.
