Will CompleteIM work for our remote users?
Yes, CompleteIM only requires the user to have the client installed and a TCP/IP (internet) connection. Simply set your router and firewall to allow CompleteIM access to port 1973 for remote access. Your Network Administrator will be able to assist with this simple task.
Can I write a message, and have it sent at a different time?
Yes, by clicking on the “Options” button in the “Send Message” window, you can choose specifically how you want your message delivered.
What is a standard message and how do I create new ones?
Standard Messages are prewritten messages which can be sent with a click of a button. To create Standard Messages, simply right click on the CompleteIM bar, and select “Edit Standard Messages.” The “Standard Message” window will open, allowing you to Add, Edit or Delete Standard Messages and Responses. These are helpful when a quick response is sufficient.
Does CompleteIM interact with other software programs?
Yes, CompleteIM has full API functionality and is capable of being programmed to interface with many software applications, including ERP systems, CRM systems.
